A RioScan Support Contract puts highly qualified experts at your service to answer questions, address problems and guide you through the features and functions of your RioScan software. Our Technical Support Staff is trained to assist you in the installation, setup, and use of your software.

A RioScan Support Contract includes the following benefits:

• Unlimited telephone support for 1 year after the date of purchase
• Telephone Support can be obtained Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST
• Upgrades, free of charge, for the duration of the RioScan Support Contract.

Customers can purchase RioScan Support Contracts from the very same reseller through whom they purchased their software.
