A RioScan Support Contract includes the following benefits:
- Unlimited telephone support for 1 year after the date of purchase
- Telephone Support can be obtained Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST
- Upgrades, free of charge, for the duration of the RioScan Support Contract.
